User-Generated Content

Course Purchases

• Refunds may be available within 30 days of purchase
• Subscription services renew automatically

Creator Revenue

• Revenue sharing terms are specified in creator agreements
• Payments are processed monthly
• Tax responsibilities remain with the creator

For family accounts:

• Parents/guardians are responsible for all account activity
• Parental controls must be configured appropriately
• Children's privacy is protected according to COPPA guidelines
• Parents can monitor and control children's learning activities

For business accounts:

• Organizations are responsible for employee access and usage
• Custom terms may apply for enterprise agreements
• Data processing agreements may be required
• Usage analytics and reporting are provided

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these terms of service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to pay required fees
• Abuse our platform or other users

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
